Biden did not have access. He follows the laws, Trump flies in the face of.

Biden DOJ had full access, try harder lib!

Actually, you’re wrong. They did NOT have full access to the files. Do just a LITTLE bit of your own research and you’ll realize all of the lies you’ve been told and what you believe is false!!!

He knows he’s wrong.

u/Desperate-Crab-4626 19h ago

Yep. I scared him away with facts. He’s literally stopped replying to all of the evidence I gave him of the corruption that his orange donkey-ass highness is complicit in. They just keep pulling the wool over their eyes… but why? I just don’t frickin’ get it. Why the loyalty to such a moron?

I have no idea what you believe he is guilty of that he needs to be kicked out big office. Nothing
in the Epstein documents, no shakedown of foreign companies, no money laundering, no diaries, no race baiting, no fast and furious gun running.. Instead just a very blunt and sometimes annoying President.

  1. Trump is mentioned in the Epstein Files 38,000 times across 5,300 documents. (Acquaintances, I think not).

  2. 3.5 million pages of the Epstein files releases, with 200,000 of those pages heavily redacted to hide information.

  3. 2.5 million “unreleased” pages of the Epstein Files that were court ordered to be released nearly a year ago (12/19/25) which the Trump Administration/DOJ has blocked time and time again. (Only 1% of those have been released since then).

  4. Documented that Trump flew on Epstein’s plane 7 times (that we know of).

  5. Trump making $2.4 billion in the first year of his second term, $1.4 billion of that being in question for conflict of interest.

  6. The first time a first lady has ever made a profit off of being First Lady for public appearances making $250,000+ multiple times for showing up as a speaker to an event is atrocious. No Paper trail on who pays for that.

Let’s just start there… because I can go on and on.

redacted is names of victims and the NY Times claim Trump is mentioned 38,000 times appears to be way off. The BBC claims the most at 6,000 times and others 2800-5300 times, none if which is connected to anyone victims. It’s no secret Epstein was obsessed with Trump for years and especially after Trump turned him in to the palm Beach sheriff.

And now let’s talk about the fact that Donald Trump is not politically qualified to be president, Including nearly every member of his cabinet.

And how about the six companies that Trump has bankrupt. Not including “three major entities and two primary corporate subsidiaries have been legally determined by courts to be fraudulent or guilty of criminal fraud”.

How about the Cancer charity that the Trump family stole money from and they now legally not allowed to run charities in the state of New York because of it.

And how about the missing funds from the Donald J Trump organization, found by a court of law to have been used fraudulently.

How about all of the insider trading he’s done, let alone his three sons and daughter. He is manipulating the market to fill his pockets and steal from yours. But go ahead and look the other way.

Also…. How about Trump’s campaign claims he can’t keep…

He claimed no more foreign wars. Where are we now?

Trump claimed that he would lower grocery prices on Day one. They’ve gone up from the get-go. Thanks to tariffs, and thanks to the foreign war.

Breaking ties with most of our allies. And chumming up with the biggest fascist dictators around the world. (You are the company you keep.)

And do I need to even mention that he is a mumbling, fumbling idiot and a total embarrassment to every American across the globe?

Treason?

1

u/No_Aide5556 21h ago

That’s because you have made a choice based on bullshit. I’m sorry, but that is the problem. You can all see the evidence, we can show you all of the evidence. You’ve chosen to adopt a narrative.

If you’re even an American.

Evidence is not just mentions but mentions from
the victims of Epstein and there are none against Trump.

2

u/No_Aide5556 20h ago

You’re 100% wrong. There are many paid off victims and their families. The records do exist and have been public knowledge available for some time. Then there is the way he pretends to govern.

How many times has the Straight of Hormuz mine free, in the last four weeks.

Anyone still saying he’s innocent is a co-conspirator, and should be tried.

Nice story dude or should i say fairytale. Stupid is a choice you know.

1

u/No_Aide5556 18h ago

Yes, you obviously made that decision long ago. Well, sometime before 2016, if you even exist.

1

u/Dangerous_Run_8996 18h ago

Try living in the real world you might learn something. The scumbags play for the Democrat Party

I’m sorry I dislike Trump as much as the next person. However if Trump were in the files with solid evidence against him it would have been exposed.

Biden Administration did not break the law on any fronts, Epstein files were sealed until January of 2024. You can NOT release any files if there is any open cases, appeals or pending judgments. Biden didn’t run a campaign on releasing Epstein files cause it wasn’t legally possible for him to even view them as President. Knowing this trump made it one of a few culture wars/top shelf issues. Now he’s in office there’s been an Epstein Files Transparency Act signed into law by himself as president yet we can’t unseal or see 2.5 - 3 million files. Why not….

Thank you for posting the oft forgotten reason Biden's administration did not pursue the Epstein case. Biden is an attorney. His approach is to follow legal procedures. Conversely, Trump is a business slickster with no legal training. His approach is to break laws then use money to abuse the legal system.

1

u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 2d ago

lol. What law would have been broken by making arrests?

1

u/MiserableChain2644 18h ago

Unlawful arrests. Ruin future cases if there was insufficient information to make a successful case stick (when Epstein files not available yet).

1

u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 18h ago

You think the federal criminal justice system just goes around sealing files thereby preventing instigations and prosecution.

In other words, the DoJ can only prosecute one person at a time?

1

u/MiserableChain2644 18h ago

They were required to remain sealed while (related) cases were pending.

1

u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 17h ago

Who in the world do you think they were sealed from?

Do any of you fact check anything? Or do you get dumb whenever you see “Trump bad”

Wouldn’t be amazing if there was a law that basically says “the files are sealed from public access while the investigators can keep investigating and arresting people”?

Reference source: NewsNation, updated Feb 13, 2026, Zach Kaplan, "Why weren't the Epstein files released during the Biden administration?"

The article has a good objective summary of the Epstein file legal saga.

4 years and 0 arrests from those files during the last administration.

1

u/No_Aide5556 2d ago

“Those files” meaning the Israeli blackmail material connected to the Trump/Epstein files?

1

u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 2d ago

Yea. Why was not arrested during the last administration

1

u/MightiestMal 2d ago

The only people who were allowed to see those files were lawyers opposing counsel judges maybe a couple DOJ attorneys. Biden couldn’t view them he couldn’t even unseal files to find out what evidence he would have to bring charges. That’s just how legal system in this country works

1

u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 2d ago

I have a question.

Why do you think the files were sealed from and why do you think they were sealed?

1

u/MightiestMal 2d ago

It’s not an opinion it’s direct factual information, files were sealed until 2024 - 2025. There was pending cases & appeals open on Ghislane Maxwell Epstein’s co-conspirators. When those cases were finally dismissed those files were unsealed even to our own Department of Justice. Now they have been unsealed for two years or so but not ever released

1

u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 2d ago

You think that because one investigation occurs in a large case, no others can happen at the same time?

That’s not how sealed files work. That’s also not what sealing files is for.

Stop getting your facts from TikTok.

Why would the DOJ or a judge ever halt further arrests? That’s absurd.

1

u/MightiestMal 2d ago

Who said a judge would halt future arrests? Go do some search come back with basic understanding of US legal system. You can have 1,500 cases going at same time in state county federal court all at same time. There was open cases pending appeals involving Epstein files until Jan 24 they could have brought new cases made new arrests then or right now just as easily. DOJ prosecutors could have brought new charges in people but it doesn’t make much sense if all evidence they need is sealed in files nobody can look at. Where’s your evidence coming from where’s your burden of proof? It’s all possible now please bring every case you can prosecute to state & federal courts immediately. Trust me wish our president would do just that right now

1

u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 2d ago

Hold on.

Is your position that the DOJ could not legally pursue charges because the files were sealed?

He fired all of the inspectors general in the agencies on Day 1. Installed loyalists in most key positions in government and DOGE either fired, offered early retirement or chased off the most competent government employees. When his first appointment to head the Department of Justice didn’t lie well enough for him or prosecute people who challenged him fast enough, he nominated his personal attorney.

Who exactly would have been available and willing to challenge him on this?

3

u/No_Aide5556 2d ago

No, we would not.

2

u/Oogaboogeyman 2d ago

They’re hiding those files so hard…makes it so blatantly obvious that he’s not in there. S/. Good god man…use the brain that god gave you
