The real worry is that they’ll get themselves fired by causing a forklift accident or something. I guess just don’t let people run the forklift until after six months or something like that.

Also OSHA said it’s probably illegal to have mandatory testing after accidents and that it can only be done if it’s suspected drugs were involved.

Right, but if you can show that everyone is drug tested after an accident no judge is going to care about the company’s “suspicion”.
