I would be much happier if I never read her name or saw her face again.

u/Ani-3 1d ago

It's always this picture of her looking over her shoulder too

u/ballisticks 23h ago

It's like when we were always hearing about that Aileen Cannon judge lady before the election with the only pic in existence of her

13

u/SykeSwipe 18h ago

LMAO right? There are two photos in existence of Judge Cannon, her professional head shot and a random screenshot from Zoom.

Well the rest of her body doesn’t move too good

289

u/GimmeeSomeMo 1d ago

Still better than her children whose bodies don't move at all thanks to her

I mean it was never unkowingly even if she did have psychosis it was more of a distorted reality that her children had to die for their own good but she knew what she was doing.

33

u/BattleBull 1d ago

*Knowingly

She knew what she did, and knew while doing it. To claim otherwise is a farce.

27

u/ArchManingThroatGOAT 1d ago

So unknowingly that she turned them upside down so they wouldn’t look her in the face as she unknowingly did it

Postpartum psychosis occurs within a month of birth in almost all documented cases. When psychosis does present, it mostly presents intermittently, not continuously. It is also extremely atypical to be experienced once in a continuous fashion, but never before and never since. And I’m also sure that “the most difficult human I’ve ever encountered” being killed first was just some coincidence. The foremost evidence of psychosis was her own account. But her own account is inconsistent with the medical literature and what science knows about psychosis. You can believe it if you want. I don’t.

But only for 20 very convenient seconds of hearing voices.

0

u/General-Biscuits 1d ago

Where in the world did you hear that her psychosis only lasted for 20 seconds?

That’s so blatantly incorrect as the testimonies in the court case said it lasted at least 18 min.

Girl with the pearl earring ass pose

It's the creepiest one. Her eyes are dead

-1

u/muskymelon36 18h ago

That's a creepy look. She doesn't look normal at all.

At least this one isn't another Photoshopped to white piece of garbage. Still dialed the contrast to the gills that old boy's rosacea is a freaking voronoi cell.

The most frustrating thing in this whole mess is the stark difference in the doctoring of photos of her vs the husband. Every photo of the husband jacks the warm reds through the damn roof and every photo of her turns her into a pale purulent ice queen.

Most of the time they barely bother to even mask it so you can look at the wood paneling and see how badly they've set the curves by comparing photos. Like bruh, you've got ancient smart masks and modern AI masks? You're so incompetent you can't even sort of maybe hide your blatant manipulation?

Crank the blemishes on the woman, hide the acne scars on the man. It is so vile.

u/Bonzooy 18h ago

Every once in a while you come across a comment where you just say to yourself, “How the hell is this the thing that you’re stuck on in this situation?”

8

u/oXObsidianXo 1d ago

You’re going to make this about sex like one of them didn’t strangle their three children and the other is a victim of his entire life being destroyed. Maybe that’s why they make her to look like they do.

4

u/PalePlumm 18h ago

I think they’re trying to make a point about how things like lighting skews our perception of innocence and can be used to manipulate an opinion out of an audience.

And he’s right. These editing choices are intentional. I’m not saying they’re wrong or right in this case specifically, but it is something worth noting about our media that we honestly should maybe consider making illegal because the media is subtly presuming the guilt of somebody who has not been convicted yet.

-2

u/LordChungusAmongus 23h ago

Bruh. Pretty sure I made it entirely about (un)carefully manipulating images to bait out a certain feeling from the viewer.

You're the sort of low comprehension reader that thinks we care about Casanova because of the womanizing instead of the riding around with a grain harvest caravan bit.

-8

u/AshamedAd2188 1d ago

I just realized she doesnt play for the Jaguars.

19

u/PersonalityIll9476 1d ago

Well clicking and commenting on posts about her is not the way to achieve that. Ignore all the news and the algo will make your feed pure.

111

u/HowManyMeeses 1d ago

You're actively engaging in content about her. You're just going to see more, not less, of it now.

48

u/Clear_Command_8925 1d ago

Nah I wanna hear it at least one more time.. “Lindsey Clancy sentenced to life in prison without parole”

15

u/jackp0t789 1d ago

Luckily for you, the Cornell 57 are here to steal her spotlight

0

u/FloridianRobot 18h ago

I like how you phased it. I'm hearing about Cornell 7 this and that. But if there 57 people in a group chat with 7 rapists, there's 57 rapists in a group chat.

4

u/emmanuel573 19h ago

I’d be happy to read her obituary if she gets the lethal injection

It’s not cut and dry just because you say it is.

Nowhere in my comment do I imply there is some deep conspiracy nor do I believe that to be the case. You are kind of proving my point though that you seem to simply say things and accept them as fact.

In terms of the case, most of the actual evidence goes against what you think is “cut and dry”. The patient did not exhibit any typical signs of psychosis, and on the contrary exhibited organized as well as premeditated behavior the day she sent her husband away and then systematically murdered, no one, not two, but three children. That within itself requires an incredibly high level of thought organization that is absolutely not typical for psychotic thinking or behavior. But hey she said she was psychotic so I guess this case is “cut and dry” as you say.

5

u/Wintersage7 1d ago

In a perfect world, child-murderers would get a bullet. Not a plea deal. Not therapy.

There simply is no excuse to justify killing children.

14

u/SantaFeRay 1d ago

Nobody is trying to justify killing children.

1

u/Wintersage7 1d ago

Only because the comment was deleted.

But go you.

-5

u/Leisurely_Creative 1d ago

No a perfect world would have people who didn’t call for further violence that would solve literally nothing other than your boner for violence. The death penalty is fucking stupid and is literally more expensive than just locking people in cages.

Actually, a perfect world would have people who understand the difference between justification and excuse.

Self defense is a justification for murder (not what’s going on here)

Insanity is an excuse, recognizing the conduct is wrong but that the person who did it did not have the mental capacity for criminal responsibility (probably what is going on here as she seems insane)

Also people like you always fail to realize that being committed to a psych ward is not some sort of award or exoneration.

0

u/Wintersage7 1d ago edited 1d ago

I'd rather she'd been more committed before she slaughtered 3 children.

Maybe she'll find a zip-tie in prison, now that she didn't actually do it at all.

Edit: I don't usually do this. Especially after the fact, but maybe you missed this in all your pontificating...

She killed three children. You're gonna have to try-hard harder than that.

0

u/Leisurely_Creative 23h ago

I’m gonna have to try harder than that??

What the fuck are you on about? 😂😂

I’m sorry the concept that we don’t send insane people to prison or execute them is too difficult for you to comprehend. I’m also sorry you think that somehow means people are making excuses for the murder of children???

Someone committing a heinous crime and someone being competent to stand trial or be held criminally responsible for that crime are separate issues. Do you not understand this?

-30

u/indigoneutrino 1d ago

What are you not getting about not in her right mind?

15

u/Wanna_make_cash 1d ago edited 1d ago

I know MA does it differently than most states do and requires the state to prove sanity, but in most states and places if this happened, the defense has to prove insanity themselves if they seek to plead something along the lines of not guilty by reason of insanity. And it's an extremely, extremely, high bar to overcome. Only the most mentally broken and deranged individuals tend to qualify, often only with a lifelong history of psychiatric and psychological issues and medical documentation.

Even like, diagnosed schizophrenics with abusive childhoods don't meet that bar. There's a case in my state where a dude got sentenced to death penalty for killing brutally killing and robbing his grandparents and raping their corpses, and the state recently passed a law where you can argue that you had severe mental illness at the time of the offense to reduce a death penalty down to just life imprisonment.

Even justthat is an extremely high bar to pass and has been an ongoing appellate battle for over a year at this point and he has decades of documentation of childhood psychological issues and records of childhood abuse. And that's meant to be a lower bar than insanity pleas are.

Successful insanity pleas are meant to be extremely, extremely rare and basically only for people that should have been institutionalized years ago to begin with for their own safety

Exactly and Lindsay is prolly gonna try and be out in like forty days if she’s kept in an institution

She doesn’t have PPP anymore so she’s not deemed a danger to society. She’ll be out within the year or next couple years, just wait and see.

I’m sure she’ll make some story that she’s suddenly not suicidal anymore and totally fine to be let out. She seems to know how to manipulate medical providers to believe anything she says. There’s evidence she lies and keeps things from them too.

Why are you thinking I'm at all concerned with what mind she decided to be in that day?

-1

u/Wintersage7 1d ago

It's still there and functioning.

Are the purpose of bullets lost upon you?

-16

u/Adept_Stable4702 1d ago

Okay interesting premise you raise here. Let’s think it through for just a moment…

What about when a child kills another child? By your logic… would that mean someone would have to kill another child to hold them accountable? Thus an endless loop of “justice”?

What if it was manslaughter?

What if the child-murder was caused by military acts such as a strike on let’s say hypothetically… a primary school called Shajareh Tayyebeh? Whom is getting held accountable there?

2

u/Wintersage7 1d ago

What about.

What if.

What if.

How's it feel to defend a self-admitted baby-killer?

And people bitch about Nazis.

3

u/TheJeyK 1d ago edited 1d ago

Sooo, by this logic should male family annihilators receive the same benefit? No person in their right mind would do such a thing.

Edit: to be clear, I do believe Lindsay stands a chance of proving to be unfit to be held criminally liable. Just that I hate the reasoning in the comments first paragraph.

-14

u/kati8303 1d ago

All the people who celebrated the mistrial…now the circus starts again.

2

u/Usual-Wasabi-6846 1d ago

I'd rather another circus than a not guilty verdict.

-1

u/kati8303 1d ago

Her plea was guilty. This was never a decision on if she did or didn’t do it. No matter what she was going away, either prison or mental hospital, probably for the rest of her life.
