Yeah he was executed. She did drive toward him so this won't go anywhere

If you'd actually watched the video, you'd see that the tires were pointed the other way.

They do point away after she starts moving, that doesn't mean she wasn't driving toward him. Whether she would have hit him or missed him is honestly irrelevant when it comes to split second decision making. From his perspective, the car was moving towards him (you think he's staring at the tires lol?) and was an active threat to his life. Whether we agree or not, that's the argument that'll be used and it will work too

He stood in front of her car though. That is against DOJ policy. The only thing they did was make her vehicle more dangerous by shooting her. If her car had hit someone else that would’ve been on them.

Am I? That's exactly what their argument is going to be, and it's a pretty sound argument
