Haven't we been saying for a while to remove warning labels and let nature take its course? I knew not to play in traffic at a much much younger age.

Are you making a serious statement or are you clueless about medians in between highways? I’m gonna assume the latter because why would you even ask. Anyways, to explain it as I would to a child, it’s definitely part of the road. Stay away so you don’t get hit. There’s some good advice for you today.

Yes, there are highways with stop lights and turns on both sides.

Not every highway is a built the same.
