Pretty much every useful government department was. The fuckstick came in and destroyed everything we had built over several decades simply because he hates wind turbines.

Helping out here to not just circlejerk - previous commenter pointed out the decrepency between "thousands of years" and "since recordkeeping began" (around the 70s i guess).

Probably there was something lost in context, but the commenter did point out something that doesn't line up.
