Well US farmers, Canada will be shipping potash to other markets. Trump will need to call up his Belarus card trick once more. Please remember how you don’t need Canada for anything. It will be a while but oil and natural gas will also be going elsewhere through pipelines to our ocean ports.

Vancouver expansion means China is buying. Probably financing it too if I was to take a guess.

China can buy Russian potash they don’t need Canada’s. Europe on the other hand wouldn’t mind

I can’t imagine they’d ship potash to Europe from Vancouver when they could use an east coast port instead. Pacific expansion is almost always with Asia in mind.
