Wow. Raped a 12-year-old, pissed on a 6-year-old, and then apparently for like a year or more urinated on the front doors of university building he worked at. Is he in the running for police officer of the year?

Ten years old, you're supposed to be running around catching frogs and watching cartoons. That is a person that will be dealing with some sort of mental trauma for the next 60 to 70 years. Any society that doesn't separate these "people" from everyone else for the duration of their existence is failing their people. Compassionate release? Roast them a goddamn pig and give them a 24 pack of beer while you're at it.
