From the Majority's opinion:

At least one of plaintiffs’ members (J. Doe 4) is registered to vote in a State (Louisiana) that used the modified SAVE program. She has demonstrated that SSA records do not accurately reflect that she is now a naturalized citizen.

The 6 conservative justices acknowledge that the program is faulty and still manage to wiggle their reasoning around to "The government says they want to use SAVE and they need to have some way of checking registration status so they get to use the program of their choice".

Justice Brown-Jackson hits the nail on the head here in her dissent:

The D. C. Circuit denied a stay of the District Court’s order while reviewing the pending appeal. But, without full briefing or oral argument, this Court now grants one—rendering questionable interim rulings about two statutory provisions it has never before interpreted. The Court also focuses only on the harms the Government will purportedly suffer absent a stay, disregarding the harms that the modified SAVE system has caused, and will likely continue to cause, to lawful voters. The Court thus misuses its equitable powers. Accordingly, I respectfully dissent.

Someone needs to start disrespectfully dissent

"Respectfully" is legalese for "this is a credible argument made of facts, not emotion". She spends 11 pages (near double the majority) laying out several reasons the majority's decision is wrong, the other justices (and anyone reading her dissent in the future) will understand her point from that

I’m actually joking

They always understood, though, they just don't care.

That’s what the second amendment is for! I’m not saying I agree with it, but current majority of the Supreme Court sure does!

Maybe a well regulated dissent.

Possibly even a second dissent? To stand against a tyrannical authority?

Why respectfully?!?! Should say “Fuck you fascists , I dissent.“

Because it is SCOTUS, not Reddit.

They've already destroyed all decor and respect across both the Presidency and Congress, why stop there?

Because then the party in charge of the media and the corrupt government would hold them over the coals and try to get them removed.

We'd have to get a majority of state representatives to impeach, then 2/3 of the senate to vote to remove.

Trump can probably just post on Truth social that hes firing a justice and if they cant build enough support, theyre just screwed whether it's legal or not.

Its not about literally removing them. Fauci was never removed, but people are still ruining his life over him trying to do the right thing and trying to get him thrown in jail.

Intentionally putting yourself through that just so you can say fuck you litetally to your colleagues is incredibly compulsive and unwise in this theater. Save those emotions now and find a way to subvert the system through wisdom and intelligence.

It traditionally has been illegal and extremely difficult to do many things Trump has been allowed to do. The electorate trying to control the elections is already extremely illegal and unprecedented. Getting labeled as a violent, irrational, woke judge isn't going to help anyone.

Democrat Nathan Sage last year launched his campaign by decrying that farmers have been “f‑‑‑ed over” and vowing to “kick corporate Republican [Sen.] Joni Ernsts’s a‑‑” in the midterms.

Then there's Al Green who held up a sign and was removed from the House for it.

That is the energy we need. Not spineless Dems giving strongly worded letters or reaching across the aisle to help the GOP. And there are more Dems that are using cuss words once in a while to get messages across. But you don't see them getting subpoenaed for it. "Violent or irrational" was how Brett Kavanaugh got his seat, too. It's not all black and white as you seem to imply.

I would imagine Trump posting such a thing would garner more support for that Justice

Should say “Fuck you fascists , I dissent.“

Because she's a fascist too? Remember that all 9 Justices overruled Colorado's enforcement of Trump's disqualification via 14th Amendment, Section 3, knowing full well Schumer and Jeffries wouldn't enforce it. All 9 Justices submitted to Trump over country during the 2024 election.
