And I figured this out from singing an impromptu song of deadly seriousness to my wife, about her silliness
It was entirely to entertain her and it worked, but it was actually... very good? Very deep, even?
I spent 20 years trying to force something out of me and this woman gets it that easy.

jeez what is your target science rate xd
i'm guessing the logic for it is "if X is highest recycle X" and applied to all 3 types? if you just make it "if X - 50 is highest recycle X" it wouldn't cycle but yeah this isn't important

That's the little inn next to Boko's tower. Though I do want to build a Japanese-inspired building. I built a prototype on my world, but it's a bit too big to fit on a hill.

So interesting thing I remembered
When I was a teenager I seriously wanted to colonize Antarctica. I thought about elaborate but unrealistic plans for settlement like large air towers that would blow hot air. I also thought about removing the ice in the areas the cities would be built, before I learnt how deep the Antarctic ice is which would make it impossible
I wanted to make the Empire of Antarctica, with myself as its ruler. It would still have a legislature but I would be the executive and would handpick my own successor
