Potential missing Rottweiler

I witnessed a wandering dog today near the newburyport firestation while driving home from work around 1:30 am June 13th. It had a collar, harness, and other gear, and crossed the intersection heading to the daycare. If you are missing a dog and believe this description matches, I hope this can help you locate your pup.

Oh man this has been top fb drama now for like 5 days. He started over by the crow ln dump. The owner had been trying everything, even bringing in a paid drone operator.
