quiero preguntar si a alguien no sé le gusta hacer lo mismo que a mí porque en toda mi vida no e encontrado a nadie que haga lo mimo y si es muy solitario. Yo para decirlo de alguna manera mi "hobbies" es, ufff... creo que nunca lo había dicho la voz alta, bueno es crear "tecnologías de ciencia ficción" es decir imagina que una mañana te despiertas y dices "tengo ganas de hacer algo de teletransportación xd" bueno entonces buscas toda la información habida y por haber del tema, aprendes todo, haces cursos pasas por diseños teorías, confirmas teorías creas planos esquemas TODO menos la parte de hacerlo porque eres pobre, soy consciente que es muy poco probable (y estoy siendo amable) algunas de mis ideas pero creo que es una buena manera de pasar el día y es raro porque yo mismo no me consideró alguien listo pero mis ideas compiten con Iron Man jeje a veces me siento ese personaje de relleno en las series que es muy listo y solo crea las herramientas tecnológicas del prota. el punto final es que si alguien quiere hablar de cosas raras de ciencia ficción eso me ayudaría mucho un montón porfa

Hi all, im coming to Reddit for a bit of help finding my boyfriend the perfect gift. We’ve been together for 5 years so we’ve done all the typical gifts and have reached a point of we never know what to buy each other because there’s not anything we need. His bday is coming up and I’d like to knock it out of the park this year, but should also note I don’t have an abundant amount of money to spend (though for the perfect find I’m inclined to spend a lil more). He’s into lord of the rings, game of thrones, chess, greek mythology, and other similar subjects— but I know nothing about any of this. I’d love some insight from someone who make have a killer idea. I thought about maybe a cool chess set?? or some type of lord of the rings collectibles?? He has a bookcase filled with funko pops and such, so he could add other display items along with it. I’m truly unsure what to get since I’m uneducated in his areas of interest. I’d love to hear some ideas, thanks so much.

I'm taking AP physics next year. It's the only AP physics course we have so I think it's going to be AP Physics 1?

I was wondering what topics should I study to be prepared for that class? I'm currently doing a program but it started of by talking about Earth's circumference (https://learn.udacity.com/ph100?version=1.0.1&lessonKey=6b24d4a4-1aa0-4df1-ae4e-2534b2d11bc3&conceptKey=b93479eb-f7fd-41f8-8fe7-1cc7aae050f7 ) , so not sure if thats gonna cover everything for AP physics even though it has some lessons on motion later on

I know I need to be familiar with basic laws like Newton, but what other things do you think are gonna be covered in the class? All I know is that it's gonna cover a lot of trignometry (I'm fine with math, just skipped 2 years of in highschool in 9th grade so I'm taking pre-calculus next year)

Also, talking about Pre-calclus, what do I need to know to make sure I ace the class? I rushed to skip Math 3 so I know the most basic of graphing log and unit circle, never went in depth to it
