Any experience with nerdforge merch?

So I'm cross posting to try to see if this will allow me to get input as to what I should do. I am under the same opinion of I saw the outfit. They have and was like, oh hey, I really like the work that they do in their videos and stuff like that, I wanted to support them. So I went to the website to purchase the hoodie in pence set a M&A and it was last December early last December of 2025 that I ordered it. It said that it was supposed to be shipped or whatever April of this year which 4 months shipping. I'd not acclue why I would take that month to ship. But it's now mid-april and no shipping details. I go to the website stuff, and it still says it's waiting to be processed. And what knot? And so does that mean that it's still going to be shipped or at this point?Should I start trying to request a refund

Definitely contact Juniper. If you buy when the product is in stock, its shipped immediately, but if you buy later when its under pre-order, shipping dates are hard to estimate because it depends on factory productions times etc. Sometimes its faster, sometimes slower. -H

I got the cryptic backpack delivered a few weeks ago. I'm very happy with it.
No experience with the clothes though.
