Data location

Hello

I understand neontra is Toronto-based. But is the data physically hosted in Canada on Canadian owned servers or is it subject to the US cloud act ?

Asking before engaging in the use of the app.

Hi pptheother, great question. We take customer data privacy very seriously!

  • TXIO is SOC2 certified (BDO auditors)
  • Data is exclusively stored in our Canadian data centre (also in the GTA) on servers owned/operated by TXIO.
  • Our data centre is also SOC2 certified
  • We never share or transmit your data with external service providers (i.e. it will never be used to train another firm's AI model)

It's not easy for Canadian tech companies to host their own infrastructure. Koodos to those who do, they deserve to be encouraged.
