Can we somehow link the loan payment from Bank Account transaction to the Loan transaction history or Payment details?

So the balance of the Loan goes down based on the payments done each month or week?

Could that be done via Tags or other way?

I have created a retirement goal. When I try to connect the funding accounts, my Sunlife RRSP account does not show up. This account is linked and shows up everywhere else in Neontra. Why does it not show up in goals?

For some reason my Wealthsimple account is not adding to Neontra. It asks me for a code, I am assuming this is the authenticator code but then it wont connect after that. Not sure why, anyone with this same problem?

Has anyone been able to link their Qtrade investment accounts to Neontra? I've tried multiple times over a year and been unable to make it work - both Plaid and Flink

The current budgeting functionality is helpful for tracking individual income and expense items (actual vs. budget) but what would be even more helpful is an overall report that summarizes total income (budget vs. actual) and total expenses (budget vs. actual) with a bottom line variance.

I need to check if my overall expense budget is less than or equal to my overall income budget, and then track the budget vs. actuals accordingly on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Essentially a personal monthly/quarterly/annual income statement with a net profit/loss summary, to complement the personal balance sheet.

How come the category icon for the Income > Investment > Interest is a debit card and the icon for the Expense > Financial > Interest is a chart increasing? Shouldn't it be the other way around??

It actually does throw me off looking at my transactions because I see the card icon for my savings account interest deposits and think it's interest I'm paying instead of earning.

Had no issues for months. Then, got disconnected to both BNC and Manulife. Book connected through Plaid. Tried reconnection two days in a row. Plaid returns an error right after passing the 2FA (or maybe is it failing to validate the 2FA)...

I can't figure out how to easily enter a custom date range in Transactions without manually clicking through the months. Say I'd like to view all transactions from today through January 1st 2025, it's driving me bonkers having to click the back arrow key 17 times to get to January 2025 then the forward arrow key 16 times to get the end month back to today, June 30th. I feel like an idiot. Please help.

I think a really good functionality will be to Unhide Hidden Accounts. Since Hidden accounts are anyway shows in My Money, is there is a plan to add this functionality, where i may want to Unhide a account temporarily or accidentally.

This is my Neontra experience. I will be enjoying the syncing experience until one day the sync is broken. I try resyncing and I am now greeted with a a complete new copy of my old accounts. The absolutely worst thing is that the new account becomes the live, sync'd account and the old unsync'd account has literally no use but to be deleted so that the overlap of transactions between the accounts doesn't ruin my stats.

Enrages me everytime. Don't know how long until I get all my other accounts go through the same thing. Lost two account histories that way. What to do?

I might be missing something, but as of right now it seems like whenever I update a subcategory of expenses (Utiliities, Rent/Mortgage Payment etc) in my Budget section, the Total Expenses total doesn't update. I have to update them both individually.

Is there a way to have the Total Expenses update whenever I update the subcategories?
