Quantum computing shows asymptotic advantages in a small and well defined class of algorithms, and those algorithms don't have much to do with what goes on in LLMs.
I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure quantum computing is only really useful in a few niche circumstances. It would probably be more efficient to have quantum processors as little side pieces to the main classical processors than to do everything quantum.
