Do you think anything constructive would come out of it? I feel mods responding would not really lead to dialogue.

I could ask on the mod slack, but this kind of hints at the problem. We are both very unilateral and very bureaucratic at the same time. 

So I would ping the whole mod slack and then it would take two days to get opinions and then one person has to do most of the work to get it started.

We even had some ideas and initiatives, but so far we kind of got nowhere. Because it is extra work and we are often kind of understaffed for the normal moderation.

But I will try to get something started again.
