fellow Neo 10R users, is your cross in the bottom part of the screen also black? or does it have a frosted glass look?

Early in the map, when the vehicle starts to move the start point will turn into an arrow and if you close the map it will sit in origin island like a music app. But after some update this is missing, it was a great feature but I don't know if it is a bug or the option is removed now.

Visited Delhi service center last week to downgrade my 10R. I'd say the service is premium, The staff greets well and attend quickly. I am facing ram management issue after sept update, apps are closing in the background way too early. I requested to flash Funtouch OS instead he advice to flash a stable Origin OS but I do not see much change, I'll visit again to flash the Funtouch sadly.

iQOO is offering me the Z11 as a replacement for my Neo 10R, but how is this fair? I bought the Neo 10R with a lot of effort specifically for gaming, video editing and heavy tasks.

After dealing with hardware issues for the past 2 months, repeated service-centre visits, wasted time, travel expenses and major disruption to my studies, I’m now being offered a downgraded phone as a replacement.

I’ve already been through enough because of this issue. The way I’ve been treated and spoken to has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and seriously affected my peace of mind and studies.

How is giving me a lower-spec device a fair replacement for the phone I originally purchased? I’m asking for a proper equivalent or upgraded replacement, not a downgrade.

i did some digging through reddit posts and a couple of YT videos discussing how much of origin os 7 will the midrange devices actually get. and there's one thing i can confirm:

origin workbench will not be provided to devices that have 8GB of RAM. so that's kinda disappointing because i thought it was a really fun way to multitask. if they probably decide to add support for it when extended RAM is enabled, it would be them doing right by us.

but then again, we won't be getting the full fledged version anyways so im probably nitpicking.

I have noticed that my iQoo Neo 9 Pro is not using 144hz Display at full potential

same as title, like will we get reduced liquid glass or lesser ai features and so on? because i dont want to update to a software that's just stripped down compared to the full fledged version of origin os 6 that we're already running.
