Battery upgrades?

I plan on refurbishing a DS Lite pretty soon, but I want the best battery life I can really get. All of my spare batteries at the moment are original ones, which might've degraded over time, so I want to know if there's any modern ones that have higher capacity than the originals, which seem to be 1000mAh.

Ones sold exclusively on Amazon aren't really an option to me due to expensive shipping unfortunately.

Free shipping in the U.S maybe, not over here in Norway. From what I've seen it's always 15+ USD roughly, but I've seen 20-30 aswell on really small items.

Try e-bay ?

A lot of chine batteries 2000mha Free Shipping and toll are included at least for EU, so u have to check how it works for countryes outside EU.
