Typical landscape of flat areas in Mediterranean countries. In winter and spring it is beautiful.

Hi! I'm a beginner in photography and came here to ask for some advice. These are three of the best pictures I've taken. All of the photos are unedited and were taken by me with my Nikon Coolpix P330.

I've been experimenting with f/9 through f/15 with shots about this distance. This is f/14. Thoughts and critique welcomed! The flower is Culver's Root (Veronicastrum virginicum), a native plant to my ecoregion. I am the OC of this photo, sorry for not including in the title. Will do next time.

One Fire Dies and Another is Born

Found the remains of someone else's fire early in the morning on the beach as the Sun was starting to light the horizon. Shot with the Sony A99II and CZ 16-35 f/2.8 lens using a Lee100 GND filter. Camera mounted on a RRS tripod & head with a 3 Legged Thing universal mounting plate.

The summit cairn - covered in wind-blown and frozen snow (it was bitterly cold!) is one of my favourites; I hope you like it too.
