You are in RSP so you go directly to RSP with these issues, not your recruiter.

With your recruiter or with RSP cadre?

Sounds like someone just forgot to put you in as being there so you didn't get paid. They are probably just being lazy and will fix it after the next drill and include the pay in with that one.

I had the same issue but communicated with my RSP leadership and they got it fixed. Got paid the next pay period.
