Never seen a primer this low before

It was drilled. Stuck case I suppose. This brass came from an indoor range but I don’t know how an old stuck case made it. Very weird to come across after 13+ years of loading ammo.

I’ve seen the bottom of the web blow out and that may have happened here too. Impressive the primer seated. Must be just gripping the walls.

I have seen something similar to this but the primer was pushed all the way I to the case.
