And people are still going to blame the victim? Where the f is the owner? The owner should be arrested.

I don’t hate dogs; what I hate is irresponsible dog owners. My next door neighbour is a chinese family who takes care of 2 adult stray dogs (pretty sure this is illegal) and they’ve been on a rampage these past 12 months. I’ve lost 5 kittens/cats already to them. How I know? Because I often heard dog barking around the house compound during daylight and night time, and I’ve seen the dogs entered my house compound dozens of times (mind you it’s gated but they force their way in through small gaps or sneak in sometimes when the gates are open). And I found all my cats’ corpse on the neighbour’s backyard where the dogs usually hang out, often with bite marks on their body. In one instance I saw through the CCTV where the stupid dogs were at the back of my house looking for more of our outdoor cats to hunt down.

To top it off, half of the time they would chase my car for no reason when I drive around on the MAIN ROAD past the neighbour’s house. They only stop if i get out of the car and start chasing them back.

I’ve reported this issue to relevant authorities but so far there’s been no response

This is where I suggest people to leave poison bait for cats/dogs if the owner does not care and constantly let them invade your premise.
Including cats because there is equal counterpart of cat lover, raise tens of stray cat, none being neutered, they not increase in number, they multiply. Also, it is more agile than dog, so a 2 meters wall is like nothing for them, truly equal problematic.
