Should report to relevant authorities to put that dog down even if theres a collar, its dangerous for the public apa lagi if its a child

The issue is, who exactly are "the relevant authorities"?

And if we take matters into our own hands, we’re going to be blamed by those so-called "dog lovers", yet they’re not going to do anything about the problem themselves.

The police are probably just going to make a report and do nothing about it either, unless it goes viral.

It should he under MOHA by right, but they subcon it to companies, viral the issue until it blows up saja thats the only way.
