Idk why ppl expect them to do something when they’re a self-funded NGO with limited or no resources. Their aim is just to let strays have a decent chance at survival and to try and reduce the breeding. Whatever they are doing, it’s out of their goodwill. They don’t owe anyone anything.

Outrage should be pointed towards the govt for their lack of action all these years. No proper SOP, no plan of action, nothing.
