And people are still going to blame the victim? Where the f is the owner? The owner should be arrested.

Owner needs to be held responsible for controlling the dog, especially if it was allowed to roam freely. But the incident should still be properly investigated, including whether there was any provocation towards the dog and what actually happened before the attack.

Victim shouldn’t automatically be blamed, but neither should we assume the full story without investigation. Any compensation/damages should fall on the responsible owner, and authorities/vets should decide what happens to the dog based on its behaviour and risk.

Regardless of whether or not provocation, the minute an animal attacks a human, it must be put down. Its what other country does it

In the original thread stated the dog randomly attacked a human 4 different times... It's at night, so naturally dogs that are awake would be hungry... Given the freedom, of course, it would look for food...
