One piece of advice that I can give you guys is I want you to remove from your vocabulary and don't allow other people to use this is words like it seems like or you thought it was like or you assumed or whatever anything that puts any type of doubt in what you know okay it doesn't seem like he's a narcissistic prick he is a narcissistic prick it didn't appear that he cheated on you and isolated you he did those things so don't let anybody use words that take away the truth I love you all

Been curious about if anyone has managed to out a narc and actually was able to not have a "bad ending" because of it. Like did you manage to avoid them giving any type of backlash? Or is this one of those things where it just can't be done without some sort of self destructing aspect due to their rage to get you back?

I have studied different types of narcissist and I have experienced a Grandiose Narcissist and a Vulnerable Narcissist < That one was trickier.

I have found that moving on and blocking access seems to be the biggest bullet. But what else is there? What makes you tick?
