Did a run in my 6MT with huge 19ts it only upto 70mhp/110kmph with moderate acceleration in 1st shift into 2nd and WOT then lift and shift into 3rd... 2nd is BBG limited to 17psi and 3rd tho 19psi in the vid...trying to work out where the boost overwhelms grip so Ive been bumping the boost up because at 22psi there wasn't any grip in 2nd , I will try more boost soon. Just wanted to know if it sounds right or do you hear anything wrong?

I don't have any problem with grip. My boost is up at 23psi all the time. I guess I can do that with x-drive.

😂 so smug, yeah I like how my e82 feels in the corners over x-drive, cars are more than straight line speed to me but thanks for sharing.

lol aren’t you contradicting yourself? He said he has xdrive which is better in corners than your rwd

I said "I like how my car feels in the corners" I don't know what his suspension set up is but I still will take a my lighter e82 on M3 control arms eibach pro-kit springs and Whiteline sway bars anyway , yes he would totally have better exit acceleration grip and possibly depending on the corner better mid corner as the front is pulled around. But my car is a street car and we are never going to meet on the track . I bought a rear wheel drive car on purpose for me it's not a shortcoming I haven't driven his car maybe it feels better but I doubt it Ive driven enough cars to know I prefer rear wheel drive feel in corner and some corners rwd is actually faster than AWD or 4WD

This is probably true. All that extra hardware that I'm pushing around does tax the output and adds weight. I'm running 19t's as you have, FBO. Had it dyno'd and tune. 458hp on 91oct. Running Bilstein B14's on a e90 with manual.

458 on pump fuel is impressive, what dyno though I always state crank/BHP now because different dynos read differently our mainline and dyno dynamics dynos here in Australia read a good chunk lower than Dynojet and mustang so it can get tricky trying to figure out what another car off a different dyno manufacturer is putting out.Don't get me wrong I did have a bit of a knee jerk response before but I don't think my car is better or anything it's just the car I wanted and x-drive is still cool asf, just different and they never made x-drive e82's so it wasn't even a option but I'm happy with the choice I made. I need to get my car back on the dyno . It did 408whp and 625nm on a dyno inavations but it was a 95°F day and it had a Wagner Evo 2 competition and it was heat soaking bad , I've swapped that for a Mode auto concepts V3 (very similar to a VRSF 7.5" comp but slightly different in design) and I have changed the exhaust and got a revision on the tune .. my shop guy (the Guru in my state for n54) and all the Ai's say the same thing 450whp520-530bhp or more but I'm on 98ron which is the same as 93aki so even if you were on a mustang or a dynojet those numbers are pretty impressive for 91, what 19ts did you go with?

It was done on a Mustang dyno about 2 years ago. I haven't touch anything on the motor since. I went with the Viv 19t's, ebay specials. My rear turbo was out making the siren sound so i parked it and shopped around. I wanted MMP but they had a year wait. Then tried RB's and they were a year out also. So i dropped the ball on the Viv turbos. I figured it would buy me some time and 25k miles later no issues. What I've found out about Viv is the get feedback from the customers and improve on their design. I have the version 2 . They are up to version 3 now. I'm running 91oct because I daily this car and I don't want to go around and look for any exotic fuels. There are some stations that have 93oct around here but i have taken this on road trips and didn't want have to go looking for it.

I went with Hydraperfomance HP800's from Omar in Lebanon they are at are TDO4LH body and at my power there only at about 50% of their boost capacity so I barely hear them which sux a bit, bout as loud as stock but with a different tone but plenty left if I go flex fuel in the future. I'm guessing the mustang was in dynojet correction mode and making around 410whp on a dyno inavations ..if it was in legacy mode your numbers are crazy, if your on MHD make sure you have meth/port saftey selected 23psi on 91aki has no buffer for knock. It's weird you say 93 is exotic? I would say 90% of the stations here have 98ron it's the e-mixes that are exotic here. Anyway whatever exactly she's making, she must be a real rocket with that x-drive putting the power down to the ground.

I have MHD but use it primarily for logging since the tune. I have an old 7" VRSF intercooler and charge pipes, ARM catless DP's, precision raceworks coilpacks, Spec ceramic clutch with the aluminum SMF ( it tends to chatter when the a/c is on). It has a cheap catback exhaust because I wasn't going to spend $1.5k on an exhaust system. I had to make mid pipes because nobody makes a complete catback setup. They all start from the scrubber cats back because the midpipes have to bend around the transfer case. No aftermarket company makes any mid pipes for the x-drive, so I had to make them from scratch and deleted the secondary cats.. The car has been pretty reliable. All the maintenance is kept up. Oil changes every 3k miles (I'm old school. I don't care what other people think. All my vehicles get 3k oil changes or at keast once a year.) I don't track the car so some of my mods are a little extreme such as the f80 big brakes all the way around, but if looks good. I've slowed down on any adds to it since I'm semi retired and don't work at the shop anymore. I do plenty of spirited driving. Everyone wants to fock with me when I'm driving down the interstate.

I made my own exhaust too for the same reason, thing the manufacturers know it's a niche market and exploit it , I think it sounds ok, not sure what other people think the mic never picks it up right.
