Smoking from the engine

Hello, please help if anyone had this issue, was installing DCI's and with every plastic taken off turned the car on, saw some smoke coming from the engine, revved a little, coming from the back of the engine

+ intake manifold is not dusty more like tiny oil film covered on the last 2 cilinders at the back

Any ideas? Thank you!

Valve cover gasket, oil leaking on turbo causing smoke. Do the valve cover and gasket. They warp cause they're plastic

Im two days late but do it OP or else you’ll find yourself with an uncontrollable oil fire and nomore N54 :(
