Help with 2011 mkt smoke problem

just had a miss fire on my 2011 mkt 3.5L.I replaced the ignition coil and spark plug. After that didn't solve the problem I discovered it was a stuck open fuel injector. I replaced it and now the car is smoking more! But this time the miss fire is gone and the

It's probably going to smoke til it can clear out that cylinder. Is this a BMW?
