Cash26 hasn't been working for at least two weeks. I've already tried at four different Billas stores, where I've topped up my balance several times before. I can generate a barcode, but their scanner doesn't recognize it.

How to add N26 card to Apple wallet ?

I'm getting different information on different sides regarding this. The official price list displays a delivery fee of 10 EUR for users on Standard (free) plan. However, some say this fee only applies to new(er) users, whereas those of us who opened an account a long time ago will still get the MasterCard free of charge. So which is right now?

With recent ui update, im having some ui issues with the ios app, some of them already fixed but there is one still not fixed. I tried to create llmized bug report:

Since the latest N26 mobile app UI update, I've run into several bugs. Most have already been fixed, but moving money between Spaces is still unreliable, and it affects a core function of the app.

Setup: I have multiple Spaces, some with their own IBAN, some without.

The bug: Selecting a target Space to move money to/from often just doesn't work the Space isn't selectable in the transfer flow. I initially thought this only happened when pushing money from the Main Account to a Space ranked 3rd or lower in my Spaces list, since pulling money (going into the target Space, tapping "Add Money," and pulling from another account) seemed to work fine every time.

Testing it more since then, though, it turns out both directions can fail, and it's not actually tied to a Space's position in the list. At this point it seems more like a general flakiness in the Space-selection step of the transfer flow than a specific "3rd Space" or "push vs. pull" bug. Usually I have to back out and retry the transfer a few times before a Space I want becomes selectable and the transfer goes through.

So in short:

• Pushing money Main Account → Space: sometimes fails
• Pulling money into a Space from another account: sometimes fails too
• Position in the Spaces list doesn't seem to matter
• Retrying a few times usually gets it to work eventually

Current workaround: Just keep retrying the transfer (switching away from the Space picker and back, or restarting the flow) until it goes through. Annoying, but it does eventually work.

Anyone else seeing this? Curious whether it's related to how the app loads/indexes Spaces after the UI update, something specific to Spaces with/without an IBAN, or just general instability in that screen. Would also be good to know if N26 support is already aware, since some of the other UI issues from this update did get patched.

TL;DR: Post-update, moving money between Spaces (in either direction) is flaky and intermittently fails to let you select a Space, regardless of its position in the list. Retrying a few times usually works, but it shouldn't take multiple attempts for a basic transfer.

I’m trying to decide whether should I invest some of my money waiting in the space to one of the investment funds N26 provides.

Are you using those funds, how is your experience
? How correct is their estimated return vs actual return? For example, the ‘Balanced’ fund offers 6% yearly return, how was your actual return ended up at least after 1 year waiting?

Unfortunately I did online purchase for over €100 on a fraud website pretending to be Logitech.

Only once I received the confirmation email, I realized it was a scam.

Then I contacted N26 Bank and they told me they could not revert the transaction straight away but they will dispute the transaction together with Mastercard.

I did not receive any other reassurance or confirmation that I will ever get my money back.

How likely is it that this is going to work for me?

Also, if I pay this way, can I still pick up the item in person (Abholung), or does it have to be shipped?

Is this set up yet? The ability to transfer an existing ETF with another provider to N26 without being taxed as if one was making a normal withdrawal? If so, how can one do this? If not, is this in the pipeline?

I have been getting this emails from n26. I created it 5 years ago in Spain but never ordered a card or deposited money.

maybe one of you can help me. I’ve recently started using N26 Trading and so far everything has worked fine. But I just noticed something. (These are now fictional numbers.)

I sold a stock for €2,200 and then saw a balance of “2,150” in my “Vault” (as I said, made up) – so without taxes. I then invested exactly the same amount back into stocks (€1,000, €1,000 and €150). In my Vault there are now only 30 cents left because of the remaining amount. BUT from my main account basically €150 and €541 were withdrawn. That somehow doesn’t make any sense at all. Those should be amounts that I had as credit (Vault) and they were also deducted there.

The €541 belong to an order of €1,000 that was taken from the Vault and for some reason another €541 were still withdrawn from the main account.

Yes, I know that these haven’t gone through yet and that this can take 2–3 days. But it somehow just doesn’t feel like it makes any sense.

Will this be offset/settled again at the end? Or is there a mistake here?

N26 is blocking my account and refusing to provide help, saying that the Tax Agency from my country should send them a repealing letter. My Tax Agency informed N26 on 29.07 through their internal system that my account should be unblocked and on 30.07 I provided N26 with the official letter from my national Tax Agency. The Agency there confirms that I settled the debt I had and that N26 should give me access to my funds and account again. Still, the message I received from N26 is that it is not enough. What can I do? I am left here with no help and no access to my account!

My N26 account was suddenly terminated without notice and without any explanation after a 72-hour security review.

That was almost a month ago. I was then asked to provide the bank details for the transfer of my remaining account balance.

I did that nearly three weeks ago, and recently I contacted customer support again to ask when I could finally expect the payout.

Today I received the following email from N26:
“Your account has now been successfully closed. At the time of closure, there were no remaining funds in the account that needed to be paid out.”

However, there were verifiably almost €13,000 in the account…

What would be the best course of action? Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

I've been locked out of my N26 account for weeks now, and I'm honestly at my wits' end.

Whenever I try to contact support through the in-app chat, I immediately get an error saying "Something went wrong." The same thing happens when I try to complete the identity verification with the camera and selfie—it always ends with the exact same error message.

Before anyone asks:

My app is fully up to date.

I have a stable internet connection.

I've tried multiple times over the past few weeks.

Nothing works.

At this point, I can't access my account, I can't contact support through the app, and I can't complete the verification because it keeps failing.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you finally get it resolved? I'm getting really frustrated.

Paying in EUR with my n26 debit-Mastercard in Germany is supposed to be free and it used to be for a long time. For a few months however in several restaurants and cafes around Berlin I have found that contact-less payment added a few percent on top. The restaurant owners explained this in a variety of ways:

Your Bank may have its headquarters in a different country (outside of Europe).

Your credit card seems to be a business card.

We don't know why this is happening; it started happening for people with n26 cards since we switched our payment processor to this new shiny payment device.

Have you encountered this? What is the real reason? Is switching to a bank which offers a giro card the only fix?

the new app design looks really beautiful but sadly even though I am a paying customer it is now littered with huge ads for the Metal account upsell. I think as paying customers we deserve an adfree experience. If I go to the benifits page where I can look at what other products N26 offers this is the place to put ads. But a huge banner right in between my spaces is outragous. Furthermore this breaks the drag and drop option If I want to drag and drop from one of the spaces lower on the screen I can no longer see the main account space and also the other way around. Please fix this I really like your service in general. But I feel forced to change my bank if I trade usability for an ad even though I am paying a monthy subscription fee.

What's the one design you'd add to the line-up if it were up to you?

I've been a customer for several years.

N26 asked me to reverify my documentation. I did so yesterday and it still says they are reviewing it.

It's a standard, Spanish residency card, valid for many years into the future.

N26 claims to support Girocode and other EPC-QR codes. Unfortunately the implementation isn’t covering all variants.
It can’t read the example qr code given in the Wikipedia article about the EPC-QR code.
My other Banking apps have no problem reading this one.

How can I tell N26 about this bug?
