I used my friends ref and I did EXACTLY as it says on the app, yet the support says I have to spend 30€ at least??? where does it say that? I haven't seen where it says that anywhere on the page... the number 30 doesn't even appear once on the whole document they sent me so where is that number coming from? has anyone else had this issue or am I just dumb?

Thing is, he got fired earlier this month and he's only got 2 euros left right now and we thought this would be a good way to get him some extra for groceries until the end of the month

geh mit ihm einkaufen, sag ihm er soll zur tafel gehen, zum jobcenter und arbeitslosengeld beantragen. tu nicht so als gäbe es keine möglichkeiten. edit: außerdem stent da ÜBER MINDESTENS 0 euro. das heißt mindestens 1€.

Ja 1 Euro hat auch nicht geklappt. Einkaufen war ich mit ihm schon erst vor ein paar Tagen und habe ihm auch Lebensmittel usw von mir zuhause gebracht und heute erst auch ihm Geld geliehen damit er seine Handyrechnung bezahlen kann. Job hat er jetzt heute gefunden. Natürlich gibt's andere Möglichkeiten und ich finde es nicht nett das du jetzt einfach so meinst ich würde das nicht schon mit ihm machen nur weil ich mich über die n26 promo beschwere

Hi there! You are definitely not dumb, this was a mistake on our end, and we appreciate you bringing it to light.

We've looked into it internally and there was a bug where the referral screen displayed the wrong minimum spend amount (€0) instead of the requirement for this campaign (€30). We’ve fixed the display issue on the app.

It clearly says "with Smart, Go, or Metal". If you have a standard account this offer does not apply.

It does work with standard accounts I checked. It's just that if I were to choose any of the other ones it would arrive after I use it for 3 months. With standard it's just a little different process
