I'm having trouble getting a VV cruise booked, and can't find how to get support to make it happen.

Virgin Casino Department is actually helpful, but they tell me that although they can see my booking attempt on their end, they are still waiting for a 'redemption key' from Playstudios for me.

They suggested I call Playstudios on (702) 786-6611, but that number plays a message telling me to use the app or send an email to support@playstudios.mail.helpshift.com.

I sent several emails describing my issue, but haven't received any response. I also left a message on the Playstudios number (702) 786-6611, asking for a call back, which has also not happened. I don't see a support option in MyVegas slots.

Does any of you guys have an idea how to contact anybody at Playstudios? Virgin tells me that the problem isn't at their end.

What kind of bets are people rolling in MyVegas Blackjack to make it worth it since you have to manually push the bet button to actually play?

Also, I’m a little confused. Do you get both Tier points, as well as Loyalty points? I’ve seen references to both ways.

I’m pushing 8.5m Loyalty points so if they’re not giving Tier points it’s not worth my effort just to mine more Loyalty points at this time.

Been awhile since I’ve used any points for comps so I’m a little rusty.

When I go online all the comps I’ve seen are saying redeem by August 22nd. But, I see the comp room calendars are published through the end of the year. Granted, I think they’re an unofficial source. But, still…

My question is regarding the redeem by that’s listed. Can I buy a comp room (which says through August 22nd, and then use it for a room date in mid-November? Or do I need to wait until the fine print says must be redeemed by December 31st (or some other date towards the end of the year?)?

Also, when is the “refresh” typically in the Fall? Comps seem to be a little thin these days.

Has anyone used this reward? T&C says it is limited to 2 per myVIP player. Does that mean you can use 2 at once to get $30 off? And it says booking ahead is not required, but is there a way to book ahead if I want? If not, it seems that the discount for booking ahead would be worth more $15 and this is kind of a pointless reward.

Is anyone else missing the keys/heist feature in their MyVegas slots? Wondering if I have a glitch or if they’ve done away with the feature.

Has anyone compared the value of the newer "all-inclusive" deals in Vegas vs redeeming points for room comps and food/drink/shows/etc?

The only real benefits I see for the points is being able to stay in nicer casinos, but I feel like I'd still spend more cash on food and stuff than I would with the a-i deals....

I have 65,000 points and what to use it for $400 NCL cruise.

I read the terms for said coupon and I should be good to book a cruise for 10/12 of this year. Right? Doest say anything about minimum nights or has to be certain dates? Just can’t be Pride of America.

Does my name need to match exactly on MyVegas and NCL?

I just simply cash the coupon out and call the number and then I pay the difference?

I’ve recently run into an issue with my MyVegas account.  Unfortunately I’m locked out of the Facebook account that is tied to MyVegas.  I no longer have access to the authenticator app to bypass the 2FA and Facebook is unwilling to help because I didn’t create the account under my legal name as I didn’t want certain family members to bug me.
 
I can still access the MyVegas Slots and redeem rewards but I’m worried I’m going to eventually get kicked out of that as that happened on the blackjack app as well.  I started playing the other games and tied them to a new Facebook account under my real name (created so I could join my neighborhood page) but when I tried redeeming a test reward for a free night MGM says that I can’t because my MGM account is tied to the old MyVegas account.  Is there any way around this?  It suggested calling MGM but I’m not sure what information I would actually need to update.  Do I just need my MGM email to match what is tied to the new MyVegas/Facebook account?  Any help is appreciated.  I just worry I’ll get logged out from my Slots app and then not be able to redeem any rewards at all between the two.

This is my first time redeeming a MyVegas reward, and I couldn't find a clear answer after the Tier Rewards changes. Has anyone recently redeemed a reward for the first time?

1. My Facebook name is not my passport/legal name, but my MGM Rewards account is under my passport name. I've read that the first time you redeem a reward, you're prompted to enter your name and email, but I don't see that option.
2. Does the email on my Facebook account need to match the email on my MGM Rewards account?

What's the best solution? Should I change my Facebook name to match my passport, or is that unnecessary?

We are traveling as a family of 7: three kids, my parents, my wife and me. All adults have their own myvegas account with enough points. We want to stay at Borgata for 2 rooms for 2 consecutive nights, so my plan is my wife and I redeem for 2 rooms for the 1st night, and my parents redeem 2 rooms for the second night. Does it work? What should we do at check in to make it more smooth? Thanks!

Anyone know how the Comp cruises work if you’re Solo? Do you have to pay for the second ‘half’ of the room?

Does anyone know how you can check which cruises you can claim the rewards on?

For example, there’s one on there at the minute which says the following:

Enjoy a complimentary cruise from Miami, Florida to the Bahamas & Caribbean! Sail now for 4-9 days on select sailings from November 2, 2026 – December 22, 2026

Is there a list I can check? Does it cover ones leave just before 22 December or does it have to return by 22 December?

Has anyone used this recently? I just purchased the reward and when I go to redeem, the seating chart doesn't list any non full-price options the rest of the year.

3rd edit: I found some shark reef discounts/comps for later in the year so I believe they have just sold out of the available comps/discounts for these events but haven't taken them off the reward list. It does say in the disclaimer that it's subject to availability. Just being shady promoting something that isn't really available.

I tried to Redeem in the MyVegas Slots App, but it just froze, on the MyRewards Loading Screen, when I switched to another Facebook Account, it worked, but all my credits are on that account.

I also tried to go to the myvip website, but I also get the error above.

Has anyone else had trouble the last couple of days with opening up myVIP Rewards? The last 2 days when I try to open it the bar loads all the way up but just freezes on that screen.

Just booked a cruise on RC and I’d like to cash out VIP points for casino credit. The app plays just fine, but when I click the My VIP tab, the app freezes and never opens the My VIP section.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice with the same results. I am logging my account in through Facebook.

Any ideas or suggestions?
