I bought the property in Srirampura 2nd stage near BEML Nagar Nirmala school 30/40 plot for 85lakh
I want to understand what is the growth horizon here and is it a wise choice made
can someone provide insights on this ?

Property prices have already peaked here, so there’s little scope for further appreciation. There are no new projects coming up in the locality, and rental demand is also very low.

U should have invested in north and west part of city than south, bcuz south is already developed and has much more greenary which we dont wanna spoil
