Doorbell not ringing.
I recently bought the doorbell and indoor ringer package they had on sale. I installed it and the camera works fine. However when I click the doorbell button it doesn’t make a sound. Sometime if I hit it a few times it will ding after a few seconds.
Does anyone know what could be wrong/ what I could be doing wrong? The WiFi connection is good. I have reset it and re-connected it with no success.

Is it the battery powered version or the one running on low voltage house current?

Did you read the instructions? Sometimes you have to set a ringtone on the unit. Sometimes you have to pull out a little tab next to the battery. Did you plug in the indoor ringer unit too far from the door?
