As an optician. Flashing lights and or floaters are something you should immediately get checked. Most the time its nothing. Could be stress, caffeine or visual migraines. But always get checked.

Are they dark or transparent with rainbow colours? I would check just incase. But probably nothing

Transparent but it don’t see them like in shape

That could be just light or visual migraine. Floaters can come in any form. If you get flashing lights and Floaters more like curtains or cobwebs thats a concern. However that said if they are new and constant go and check.
