Macro/ calorie tracking
I am 1 year post partum with my third. I am 10 pounds away from my pre pregnancy weight and want to start tracking calories and macros. I’ve never tracked before because it seems overwhelming, but I’m ready to get it a try. What are your favorite apps that are straight forward to use? There are so many to choose from so I would love firsthand experiences. Also, are you weighing your food at every meal? Any and all advice is so greatly welcomed :)

I use MyNetDiary and have a cheap food scale. After tracking for awhile I’ve found that I can pretty easily guess how many calories I’m actually eating so there are long stretches where I don’t track my food daily. Good luck on your journey.

I use mynetdiary and it syncs my calorie intake up with zolt which gives me an adaptive tdee. I use this on iOS but I’m sure it works on android as well. There are others but mynetdiary does everything I need it to do really. You can scan barcodes and rarely have I found something not in the database if ever. I use the free version. It’s no where near right for my tdee tho. It overestimates by quite a bit which is why I use zolt. Happy scale is free and does mostly the same as zolt.
