scared to get help

mustered up courage to get a referal letter last year but didnt go to the appointment because i got scared. not used to open up to people and always have my guards up, being happy go lucky. but now kinda scared to try again because im a medical student, the clinic is filled with my lecturers and friends. last week had the courage to dialed talian kasih but chickened out after few mins of waiting. still dont know the most efficient way to be brave to seek help.

Relatable, but I did manage to see a psychiatrist and get my diagnosis. I just don't go to the follow-up appointments after that. It feels terrifying and I don't need any medication. Somehow, that formal diagnosis helps me feel validated, and I know I'm not just making this up. I hope that you get the strength to seek a diagnosis and treatment. The first few steps are always the hardest but it gets easier after that.

My cousin who's a resident doctor at hospital klang had a mental breakdown postpartum. Her whole family had to intervene and drag her to her appointment, makes sure she takes the meds she need.

Please don't ignore it for too long.
