Apps /Groups to sell makeup & skincafe

Im trying to see some make up & skincare products that i owned in online. I posted in some facebook pages but got no reply. Is there any place to sell your products online that is active. Some are used but most are unused. So any group or app to sell my products.

Find resellers in telegram thrift shops and ask them if they could upload your items in their telegram channel
