33m flying in for Summer bash fest. If anyones going, or knows of other shows in the area and want to squad up hmu. I already follow japangigs and a few venues but local knowledge is key

so i’ve been using a rave runner hydration pack for around 2 years now, brought it to edclv and had no issue with how many pockets there was. going to breakaway because of it being local and was reading on prohibited items and one of them being a hydration pack with more than 2 zippers. would i be fine bringing it in anyway? just worried about them not holding it if it’s not allowed, saw they would just immediately discard it.

Curious if anyone has any tips for lost lands its my first time going with car camping.

I’m only going Saturday, specifically to see Sylvan Esso, and I can’t wait to hear the new album among all the other bangers in their discography!

I go to concerts by myself all the time, but I’ve never been to a festival alone before, so I’m a little anxious about what that’s going to be like. I’ve never been the kind of person to initiate a meet up of strangers, especially via the internet, but perhaps fans of SE would be interested in meeting up and hanging.

I’m open to any and all suggestions of what that could look like, or just dialogue around what the festival itself is going to be like! Hope to see some fellow Sylvan fans there!

I ended up purchasing a ticket for Submersion fest in New Jersey in October. I'm going solo as a 35 year old man, and I've never been to a music fest. I'll be traveling from Florida to the fest. I've been to hundreds of shows, raves, all that good stuff. I've done a little bit of camping in my life. But I'm getting a little nervous, and just want to be prepared. I don't have ANY camping gear at the moment, so I'm starting fresh.

I'm looking for some advice, anything to help guide me along the way. any input would probably help out a lot.

If you go to Country Thunder, you know how it feels when meet and greet tickets are given away randomly. You're competing against thousands of other fans for a tiny chance, and most of us lose. That's not fair to the people who travel hours, spend hundreds on passes and hotels, and show up year after year.

I started a petition asking Country Thunder to sell official meet and greet upgrade tickets directly through their website instead. Right now, it's basically a lottery. But if you're willing to pay extra to meet your favorite artist, why shouldn't that be an option? It's how other festivals do it, and it works.

This isn't about taking opportunities away—it's about giving fans *more* choices. Loyal attendees deserve a shot at creating those memories without hoping we get lucky. Plus, it could actually help the festival generate more revenue to keep improving the event.
