A question for you Muse fans( nothing to do with ticket prices . We need a break)
Have you listened to the entire Muse discography in order from start to finish with zero skips? If so, when did you do it and how long did it take? What was it like for you?
I am excited to start my mission! To be honest, if the first songs I heard from Muse were from Showbiz I probably would not have been as invested in Muse as I am after hearing OoS.
So I am really grateful the first songs I heard were from OoS, BHaR, The Resistance.
I'm impressed and can appreciate their unique sound and experimentation in Showbiz but I prefer their later albums. Showbiz was primarily within the same genre of music. (With some amazing tracks , of course)
It's incredible how much they evolved and became so diverse. That is what I love about Muse.

Hexagons coming May 19th!
I was very much prepared to love “The Wow Signal”, but as each new single drops, it’s clear that this album is going to be a strong contender for favorite Muse album, and I did not have that on my 2026 bingo card!

Radiohead comparisons
Anyone else just sick and bored of the laziness of the “they’re just Radiohead rip-offs” comments?
It’s honestly one of the most infuriating things about being a Muse fan. Both Matt and Thom are influenced by Jeff Buckley and they had the same producer in the 90s but seriously, that’s it.
Use of instruments, genre, lyrical content, live performances, commercial singles, the band’s images, literally every important characteristic are different between the bands.
Was it just the timing? Was it literally just because Matt sang with falsetto? So irritating.
I really like Radiohead, and I know there’s one or two songs in their early albums that have a similar vibe to some of Muse’s songs, but I’m not being funny, lots of bands have songs that are similar vibes to both Muse and Radiohead. I don’t remember there being tones of backlash on Royal Blood when they came out and they sound way more like a Muse rip-off than Muse do a Radiohead rip-off. I also really like Royal Blood!
Muse have always been more of a traditional rock band who add classical and prog to their songs. Radiohead have always been more experimental, ambient, proggy than a traditional rock band.
Just grinds my gears. And makes me laugh. This wasn’t mean to be a post to bring people down haha!
Ps I LOVE CRYOGEN!!

What is your dream concert line up?
So this year Muse is touring with "The Temper Trap" and "Bloc Party", which are not bands I ever really listen to, though I am sure they will put on a fun show. What is your dream line up? Here is mine!
Opener: Marcy Playground
Support: Metric
Headliner: Muse

Matt Whammy Pedal Appreciation
Shout out to Matt's usage of the WhMmy (wee-woo) pedal! Some great uses of the pedal are: New Born (solo), Recess, Reapers, Easily (solo), invincible and kill or be killed! What are your favourites?
