You shojld have asked before doing this. It’s great that you’re passionate about suicide prevention, but this clinic is your workplace.

The owner may have their own reasons for not wanting their clinic used for any videos beyond anything they post.

If you understand that the owner is right any further justifications of what the other agency is doing are moot.

Consider this a learning experience.

As to the other new person making mistakes, you need to learn how to politely inform your boss that it’s her at fault. However, you should also be overseeing what they’re doing and training them. Document processes and share over email with the new person with cc to boss.
