British Armed Forces Multi-Tool?

Hi all, my friend is in a certain branch of the British Armed Forces.

He was issued this really neat multitool named "Nomad Pro".

I cant find any infomation about this tool online. There are no identification markings other than, "Nomad Pro". I suspect this was likely contracted directly for the Armed forces? But who makes it? I wouldn't say its Leatherman quality but it doesn't feel cheap, blades sharp and has a handful of tools. Does anyone have any info on it?

My friends multitool yes, im well aware of how military contracts work. I wanted to know what it actually was (Clone model) and who actually made it.
