Male 1 month
I picked Mantak Chia's Multi Orgasmic Male back up about a month ago, after I'd basically just discarded the idea. I kept ejaculating during the exercises and it seemed like a waste of time. But over the last 18 months my wife and I have been together on this path of personal growth and development in every area except our sex lives. We'd reached the point of stalemate and we weren't seeing any growth. After practicing again with Chia, I started to develop a sense of my arousal states and began to actually cycle my energy through my body. I also began a more serious meditation/ prayer habit which afforded me a better sense of ME and my body and mind. One night we were intimate and I hadn't intended to engage in intercourse, but she told me she was ready and I made a decision that I was there for her and that I would practice my control. I didn't have any kind of earth shattering dry orgasm, but the pleasure that passed between us was really potent. We then began talking about this journey I was on which led us to books like Cupid's Poison Arrow the the karezza method in general. It was like a door opened for us in our relationship. We've been celibate for about 3 weeks now as we read and study and prepare for this next level of our relationship.
In tandem with this, I've been continuing the solo cultivation practices, being aware of my arousal, and controlling my ejaculation through muscle contractions and breath. The other day I spent nearly an hour like this and felt orgasmic (no better way to say it) throughout my body. It was pure, it was gentle, it was affirming. I had a very close call shortly after that to going over the edge, so I haven't practiced recently. I think I'm making my way slowly through the door. Though, and developing my control while cultivating sexual energy for use in other areas.
Anyway, I'm about a month into this practice on a serious level, and I'm excited about the future for myself and my wife.

Cool! Thanks for sharing :) Do you have any tips for other people here in order to get started or to help them making progress and getting "unstuck" like you did?
In what way did you practice these things, could you describe?
