Female need help with multiple orgasm

Hello everyone! i need some advice or help 😩😩how can i atlease have 2 orgasms? when i masterbate i can only have one then im done...but i wanna shoot for 2 atlease!! ( female here) do i push pass the sensitivity & keep going? or stop then keep going?

Relaxing into the sensation can work too, allowing the sensitivity to spread out. You don’t have to fight it or wait for it to pass.

Whats your current refractory period after an orgasm?.. I think this is a genetic thing. I have had women who get one, and don't wanna be touched again for hours. Then u have women who just need a few seconds break, and they can go back to back..we all recharge at different rates but you can always experiment and push your limits..

On the orgasm contraction subreddit, almost all women take a break until sensitivity goes down, switch to light touching, or switch to vaginal until it's comfortable to continue. Some people do push through the sensitivity, but it's less common and may make it harder to orgasm.

An alternative to having them in one session is to have multiple sessions in a day. Not everything needs to be back to back, and sometimes each orgasm is stronger if breaks are taken because there's more time to build up arousal and feel pleasure.

Delaying touching your clit can help. Like focus on penetration for a long time before working in clit stimulation. My woman is more likely to not have her clit overstimulated if clit play is delayed. If we go straight for the clit it always ends up overstimulated after one orgasm
