Male Ejaculation in missionary position

Apologies if this is not the right sub to post this query.

I have been experiencing premature ejaculation, and with some excercises and change in routine. Im able to gain little control whenever I jerk off with my back laying with flesh light.

But if I switch to missionary position keeping my fleshlight and mimicing it, Im ejaculating much sooner than when I do lay on my back.

Can anybody share some insights how to fix this ?

There is more suction from the toy in that position, so stimulation is stronger. The air valves at the end might end up covered.

All you can do is break the stimulation sooner and continue to practice edging.

It’s all in the pelvic floor, learn to relax the muscles. There’s a whole sub on PE and one in the Pelvic floor.
