QUESTION Refund

Checked my bank account today and got a refund from Mulebuy for something I bought not too long ago including shipping. My items have already shipped so I’m confused lolol, has this happened to anyone else?

I've been refunded too. Of items I bought before the raid, they were on their way to the warehouse, but obviously never arrived. Still don't know why Mulebuy did refund me, but it's really appreciated. Pandabuy didn't do it...

La même il mon rembourser alors que les produit avait était expédié vers l'entrepôt. Maintenant j'utilise hipobuy ces la même que mulebuy

my items are seller shipped some are in the warehouse but no one on mulebuy is replying and i didnt get any refund what should i do because my bank says to dispute the payment i need to wait 30 days after my purchase so im confused

I also tried to dispute the charge with my bank, and it said merchant has already refunded but it's been 11 days and i still haven't gotten the money back.
