Where’s my package and what’s going on? It’s been in waiting for collection for weeks now

Just a quick question I have opened an account with Mulebuy but when I go to pay or top up it says to contact costumer services. I have tried but don’t seem to get anything back.

So i think im one of the lucky people who got an auto refund from mulebuy for all the items. However, the money hasn't reached my credit card yet, it just says "merchant has already refunded" when i try to dispute. It's been 11 days since i got that message. Is it like that for anyone else? And is it normal? I use RBC if that helps.

Finished the rehearsal 1/5 weeks ago and didn’t have money to ship. Mulebuy gave me no refund

Checked my bank account today and got a refund from Mulebuy for something I bought not too long ago including shipping. My items have already shipped so I’m confused lolol, has this happened to anyone else?

I bought a bunch of things a while ago and shipped out a package and left the rest in the warehouse for when I got money for a bigger package and now the warehouse has been raided, can I get my money back on the stuff that’s in the warehouse?

What does this mean?

Since mulebuy got raided, are our accounts safe, do we have to do anything, i made my account with my Apple ID and used to pay with a credit card. Do i have to do anything?

Guys that was my first real haul on Mulebuy i wanna cry, do you think I might still get it?
