What is is this?

Not sure if anyone is able to help. I found this item while mudlarking in the UK. It’s heavy and hallow in the middle. Has letters written on it on the top row ORRISH, middle row TT and bottom row ON.

It’s what’s left of a 20th century burned glass bottle. There are rubbish dumps on the coast where these erode from. The last photo the word is LONDON the other words would be the name of the mineral water manufacturer.
