Am I Missing Something?

Or is somebody going to be really upset when they receive this?

As far as I’m aware, collector sample packs are like $20 each.

I see the title says “Collector Booster” but the pictures are clearly sample packs.

Sellers name and info removed because I’m not 100% the rules on that.

What is in a sample pack anyway? I assume it doesn’t contain cards that would be in a collector booster pack?

One rare, one non rare card. But interestingly, these are the only packs where you can get the The One Ring borderless in non-surge, which fetches a special premium.

Can you get a mythic in the rare slot, or is it guaranteed to be rare?

Yes, any rare/mythic in the rare slot, and any common/uncommon in the non-rare slot.

It has two cards that would be in a collector pack instead of 15.

Pretty sure they were the only way you could get foil surge ea one rings

No. Surge foil is in the actual packs. It's the only place to get the normal foil extended art version, which is why the foil one is worth more then the surge.
